We offer a unique and experiential service tailored specifically to your teams goals. We can help you build a group of contributing employees into a cohesive team. Our sessions help create stronger bonds among the members of a group. The individual members respect each other and their differences and share common goals and expectations. The horses are valuable participants, providing insights into how the team works together and can highlight individual strengths that can often go unnoticed. All sessions are ground-based, no riding.
